Dr. Cody Harlan, a Nebraska native, joined the practice in 2006. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and UNMC in Omaha, he provides comprehensive orthopedic care including hip and knee replacement surgery, sports medicine, upper extremity including minimal incision carpal tunnel release, and adult and pediatric fracture care.
Dr. Harlan's sports medicine foundation was built from a highly skilled team of physicians for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals during his orthopedic training. He incorporates the most advanced techniques in arthroscopy including both arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. He received hip and knee replacement training from a pair of fellowship trained adult reconstruction surgeons who combined have placed over 20,000 joints. Dr. Harlan uses a unique approach to hip replacement surgery that significantly decreases the risk of dislocation.
With deep roots in north central Nebraska, Dr. Harlan feels honored to have the privilege of providing orthopedic care in his home state.
