Christi Mastny is a nurse practitioner who joined Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 2021. She works with hand specialist Dr. Kerri Kulovitz to develop treatment care plans for patients. She loves listening to patients and working with them as a team to develop their plan of care.
She received her Bachelor of Science in family science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Clarkson College, also in Omaha.
She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds a certification for basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. She is also a Department of Transportation certified medical examiner. Mastny has been awarded the Daisy Award for extraordinary nursing and the Outstanding Nurse Preceptor Award for mentoring students.
Mikayla Kelley is a physician assistant who joined Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in November 2021. She strives to treat every patient with the same commitment, dedication and time she would invest in a family member or friend. She also works to honor her patients and earn their trust by acknowledging that each patient is their own individual with their own cultural and spiritual beliefs, values and preferences.
Kelley received her undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska Omaha and earned her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies degree from College of Saint Mary, also in Omaha. She holds certifications from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. She is also certified in basic life support, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants.
Travis Wright is a physician assistant who joined Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 2022. He has an extensive background in developing treatment plans for orthopedic injuries.
He received his undergraduate degree from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, and earned his Master of Physician Assistant degree from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He holds certifications from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. He is also certified in advanced trauma life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support and basic life support. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants.
Danielle Baker is a physician assistant who joined Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 2022.
Baker received her Bachelor of Science, Nutrition and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She then earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska.
Baker is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants (NAPA). She is also certified in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support and pediatric advanced life support.
