Christi Mastny is a nurse practitioner who joined Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 2021. She works with hand specialist Dr. Kerri Kulovitz to develop treatment care plans for patients. She loves listening to patients and working with them as a team to develop their plan of care.
She received her Bachelor of Science in family science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Clarkson College, also in Omaha.
She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds a certification for basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. She is also a Department of Transportation certified medical examiner. Mastny has been awarded the Daisy Award for extraordinary nursing and the Outstanding Nurse Preceptor Award for mentoring students.
