Dr. Kulovitiz is an orthopedic surgeon who has been seeing patients at Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic since March 2020. She has special training in performing procedures on hands and upper extremities.
Dr. Kulovitz received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her doctor of osteopathy degree from Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, and completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Saint James Hospital/Midwestern University in Olympia Fields, Illinois. Dr. Kulovitz then furthered her training by completing a hand and microvascular surgery fellowship through the State University of New York Stony Brook Hospital in Stony Brook, New York.
She is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Osteopathy.
